Penajam Paser Utara, E Kaliman (ANTARA) - President Joko Widodo (Jokowi) on Sunday rode a motorcycle with several high officials and public figures through a toll road to Nusantara Capital City (IKN) in East Kalimantan.

Jokowi wore a black touring jacket and led the entourage. Behind him were Minister of Public Works and Public Housing Basuki Hadimuljono and some public figures, including celebrity couple Raffi Ahmad and Nagita Slavina.

The touring group traversed the toll road to Nusantara and the Pulau Balang Bridge, where Jokowi launched the supporting infrastructure.

"We have tried the toll road, which is not 100 percent complete; it was smooth and comfortable," the president said.

He joked that the group had to chase Minister Hadimuljono, who was riding too fast ahead of them.

"We had to chase him; otherwise, we would have been left far behind," Jokowi said.
