Indonesia launches a medical knowledge sharing cloud "Indonesia.md"

Kupang (ANTARA) - Hospitals and clinics in Indonesia will soon be supported by Indonesia's first medical knowledge sharing cloud, "Indonesia.md", where Indonesian doctors can co-care a local patient with local or global renowned specialists from their own consult room.

Indonesia.md has partnered with renowned specialists in the world from Singapore, Australia, Hong Kong, Korea, Japan, USA and many others to share their medical knowledge with Indonesian doctors via the cloud. 

Indonesian doctors interested in the services can access the cloud via a TV in their own consult room. Live interactions between the Indonesian doctor, his patient and the cloud-based specialists can be scheduled. Such immersive teleconsult allows patients and doctors to be engaged in an immersive co-care environment where borderless knowledge and local clinician support are provided to give the best of care to a local patient.
